How do I choose WHICH bluetooth device I want to connect with?

I have multiple bluetooth speakers. I don't see any way to select which speaker (or any device, for that matter) that I wish to use. On my Android phone, I can select any of the 10-20 devices that show when I enable bluetooth. How do I do that on Windows 10 on a PC/Laptop? It seems like Windows 10 just tries to connect to the first thing it sees when you turn on Bluetooth.

I am too new to be allowed to post a link, but here is what I found on another site and it does work. It's just a shame there is no way to do this from Bluetooth Settings. That's just weird.

To connect to a specific bluetooth device that has previously been paired with your PC:

1) turn on your bluetooth device
2) right (long) click the volume icon in the taskbar
3) select “playback devices”
4) right click your disconnected device in this list
5) click “connect”

The same thing works to Disconnect a Bluetooth device. I just tested it and I could easily disconnect from one speaker and connect to another from sitting on the couch, and then disconnect to reconnect with the original speaker. Yay.
