I BSOD 2-4 in 8 / 8.1 since I installed it and it's was installed since day 1. I'm at least 12 times in Win10 since it's released.

I thought I fixed one of them, but it just invited more in.

I hate to be "that guy" but have you updated all your drivers? When I moved from Vista > 7 originally I got so many BSODs, but a run through all my drivers fixed it and I only ever had 1 or 2 for the next few years.

I've updated all my drivers. Hopefully I will find out what is causing my BSOD.. I'm running crossfire and have removed one card and tried individual cards. I've roll back video card drivers. I just need to get a bigger HDD so I can do a backup of and do fresh install. I haven't performed a fresh install since I was running 7.

Does the bsod not tell you the application of driver that is causing the issue. It should be in the event viewer as well.
If it is creating a mini dump (.dmp) file then there are tools to look at that as well.

The dump file only has this DXGMMS2.SYS,

Nothing better than a clean install. It may fix your stuff.
It probably won't do much, but I feel so much better when I do a clean install, that I never did an update (neither from XP to 7, nor from 7 to 8, nor 8 to 8.1).
If you are using some older hardware it may cause problems, though I see you mention crossfire so you probably aren't.

I would check for firmware updates to your motherboard and then graphic driver updates next. For graphic driver, try uninstalling the current one and let it find a new one.

Already check Firmware for motherboard. Had the latest graphic card drivers released for "10" installed and roll back a few releases and still the same.

I'm going to do a clean install after I get a bigger HDD.
