[HELP] Windows 10 installation failing?

I downloaded Microsoft Windows 10. Apparently it did not download properly. It was almost done it gets to 30% file copy then it froze and restarted, now it says Windows is installing previous version, but it never boots to the desktop. It keeps restarting and saying installing previous version. It's been doing this for two days. Help!!!
