blue screens on installer boot (build 10240 iso), the download tool (to perform an in-place upgrade) just spins and wont download, I guess because its missing an image in its repository....
had issues installing 8.1's windows updates back in march (when they released the WDDM drivers for intel graphics in windows updates)
KB3058168 fails to be staged Status: 0x800f0816 downloaded the hotfix manually
I believe the blue screen problem to be with the graphics adapter
