Snapchat will block your account for using a 3rd app. Hints why no one else came forward to make another snapchat app for windows.

Why can't Rudy just implement the same trick the developers of Casper use? Fake out Snapchat into thinking they're signing in from android and pass a google auth token....
Then release the appx for faithful windows phone users to sideload and go on our merry way while flipping Snap chat the bird

Well at some point it would draw attention and Rudy has already gotten into trouble with Snapchat once... best to just wait for a legal method.
