Dell driver pack for Windows 10 not working. Why?

I just upgraded from Windows 7 to 10. I even downloaded and installed the DEll deploy driver pack for windows 10. Just like before (without Dell driver pack), my system starts fine with pointer, trackpad with scroll, etc. The 1001 pop-ups requesting whether I allow my orrent, CCleaner, etc or not are a nuisance as they pop up with every single restart. No button to say "Don't ask me this again". I had to shut down windows defender, so troublesome was it! But even before shutting down defender, with every restart, my trackpad and pointer would be gone! I would be left everytime to manage downgrading with Tab and Arrow keys. Now even after installing Dell driver pack with the latest 2. something trackpad driver for windows 10, I am facing the same problems. Only difference being this time, I had at least the first restart working fine. How come even the Dell drivers are not working? Is windows 10 that bad a corrupt product??
