Sharing Options W10

I'm trying to find where I can add or delete apps to share with. This is where you decide if you share articles with Facebook, Twitter, Instapaper, etc. (Not the File Explorer option for files.) I can't see Twitter and wand to add it. I thought it was under Settings/System, but cannot find it.
