Audio and Video issues in Edge and Media Player

After upgrade to WinX, audio and video, in Media Player, Groove Music, and on You Tube using Edge browser, do not play properly. It's as if the audio and video jumps/skips and replays each split second back and forth, resulting in a buzzing like noise. It's like the progress slider is being wiggled back and forth really fast. On Chrome You Tube works fine. Other downloaded media players play files just fine. Just the Windows-based products are goofed up. Could be a result of the WinX download being interrupted by bad WiFi service, but how can I redo WinX install?

You could use mediacreationtool to prepare a restore USB stick or DVD. Then do a clean install of 10. There might even be a "Repair" option...

Be sure to back up your data first.

Since some players work fine, I surmise it is not bad drivers.
