When will Cortana be available in Israel (in English)

I am English, living in Israel. I use Windows in English. I got my Windows 10 download yesterday, and was very disappointed to discover that Cortana won't work, even though I'm working in English, on an English OS.

Will this ever be resolved?

You need to change your settings to enable cortana
(Im from israel, too)
Go to Start menu > Settings > Time & Language > Region & language.
Change the country to "United States".
And cortana must work!
