Can I have my Virgin media toolbar in Windows 10?

can i have my virginmedia toolbar in windows 10

on windows 7 I have virgin media toolbar that I use to open my virgin media email
also I can access virgin TV on the toolbar as well
I also need Google toolbar to access you tube, amazon, and eBay as well as others

If you're referring to web toolbar then I can't see why the toolbar wouldn't work using IE but Edge at the moment isn't allowing the use of toolbars, I have Norton's ID safe & Adblock + which still work with IE under Win 10.
For PC toolbar then you can run the upgrade tool to check whether the PC will have problems, if you do pgrade to Win 10 you can always return to previous version of Windows as it creates a backup to do so.
