Windows 10 ignores hybernate/sleep settings
Has anyone else had an issue where your battery settings are being ignored? My wife and I both have this problem. I have my laptop set to sleep at 30 minutes on charger and hibernate after 45. It seems to go to sleep after 5 minutes whether on battery or on the charger. Hers is ever worse. Her laptop will wake up on its own (with the screen shut) in the middle of the night and start making notification noises. Sometimes it starts chiming because its telling us the battery is dying, but the only reason the battery is dying is that the computer is on when it shouldn't be.
Is this a known issue? Has anyone had any luck troubleshooting it?
