Why is my Windows 10 so slow?

Since installing windows 10 my lap top has ran slowly, frozen on startup page and now I can not turn my lap top on at all . Help does any one have any solutions

Sorry to hear that. I've got an older laptop, not a touch screen or anything fancy. The Windows 10 experience has been very good for me. With the pc plugged in, is there any charging indication? Does nothing happens when you press the power button? You should probably give a bit more info so others can better assist you, like what you have done to try and rectify the issue.
