I got my friend who is a DBA of a big company in my area to help fix this problem. He used WiseCleaner (FREE software) to fix my registry. My PC is working GREAT now. I am very happy!

Software did not work. I am having a series of problems. One is that there are missing programs on my desktop. PDF files will not open, "invalid value for registry" for pics. I tried the above neither worked. I have to depress startup, and many more. I am reading apparently I am not alone.

I have looked all day for solutions, tried many. Is windows going to offer any help to us?
