Windows 10 rearraning icons on desktop

Hi guys,
I have a bit of a problem with Windows 10. It keeps rearranging icons on my desktop after each restart. Is anyone having the same problem. If so, please help me fix it. I'm getting really tired with rearranging those icons manually after each restart.
