Why can I not sign in to Windows 10?

Why can i not sign intk windows 10

I have been using my old password to sign in then it told me it was wrong so I made a new one and now it won't let me sign in with that one either and I can't sign in when I am offline.

When that thing was setting up you had the chance to set up a pin instead of using the old method. Any chance that you set that up?

Or reload the OS and use pin
