how to fix mail, calendar in windows 10. Keep getting error code 0x80070642
searched internet for fix and found Windows central fix. Tried following instructions but could not get power shell to run. just get dead screen. no action. Have tried several times but no joy. Power shell will not run as administrator, just goes back to desktop screen. I am unable to receive my email and can not send either. It keeps reporting there is a problem with Outlook account. if error 0x80070642 cannot be fixed, how do I go back to Windows 8.1?
