HP Split 13 X2 - Video won't play

I have an HP Split X3 Tablet/Laptop (13-m110dx) that I just recently updated to Windows 10 Pro.

All is going very well with it except video playback from anything such as Plex or YouTube. What happens is: The video will start but will just keep looping the first second of the video while playing really choppy sound.

I have done the following:
  • Installed the latest drivers from HP
  • Installed the drivers that were used on Windows 8.1
  • Uninstalled all Windows Updates
  • Did a clean install of Windows 10 Pro

I'm suspecting that it is the 'Intel Chipset Installation Utility' that is messing it up. Any ideas on how to test that theory or fix the issue? Or has anybody else even had this issue yet?

Sorry about your issues. Something specific like this is often best investigated in he manufacturer's page. I did a generic search for "HP Split X3 Tablet/Laptop Windows 10 playback issues" and found X2 playback issues, so perhaps they have addressed those for the X3. This isn't a global issue and usually something like this ('Intel Chipset Installation Utility') wouldn't be an issue.
