    Chances are that there may be hardware that haven't got suitable drivers for them on Win 10. To be honest, it could be anything. YOu have an option to download the installer and upgrade that way. However, you run the risk of entering into the unknown and my leave your PC unusable.

    Just get that media creation tool and use it to manually initiate an upgrade.
