Going from 7 to 10 question

In 7 Windows update tries to push a Intel driver update that bork my Dell AIO, so I stopped it. If I go to 10 will 10 try to push that same bad driver update while installing?

It will try to push it because that's what Windows Update has to do, update to latest version, but if you got problems you can always download the troubleshooter from Hide Windows Updates or driver updates - Windows Help -.

and you can just tell Windows not to search for updates for your videocard and you can install the one you want. I had to hide the intel update from dell laptop. it was flickering too bad, but that's the way you do it. hide update and be happy installing whatever older driver you have.
