Cannot Sign in with a Microsoft Account on Win 10
So I am currently signed in to a local account on my computer, the problem is I cant use Cortana or the Xbox app. I clicked on the sign in with a Microsoft account instead link and a window would pop up for a split second and disappear. The mouse on the screen would then turn into a loading circle until I move it. Then nothing happens. This is the same for when I try to make another account on the computer! Please help, its been a problem since I got Win 10.
