    There's no dedicated button on the keyboard for the Action Center, however, there's a combo if you can make of with two... Windows + A.

    Or you can do what xandros9 said, customize 3 point click or something else to an action if your touchpad supports it.

    Even better, just remap a key on your keyboard to execute Win+A.
    Existing Windows 8 keyboards could have dedicated buttons for "List Recently Used Apps" or "Display Active App Menu Bar" which probably became redundant with Windows 10, that you can remap to open Action Center instead.
