Why can't I upgrade to Windows 10?

Cannot upgrade to Windows 10

I have 3 different PCs. 1- desktop Win 8.1; 1- laptop Win 7; 1- laptop Win8.1

All show the upgrade icon, but fail every time i run it. I have done all of the troubleshooting that I can find to no avail. I have tried to run the media creation tool to install manually, but every time I run it nothing ever happens.

I am at a loss as to what to do/try next.

Please help.
