Why am I locked out of windows 10 on my tablet?

So I bought a Chuwi Hi8 dual boot tablet last month. Upgraded to Windows 10 no problem, worked fine.I was going to sell it to a friend cause I find 8" a bit small, so I decided to wipe it clean. I thought I had just clicked to erase all data on it, but I guessi clicked re-install Windows, cause that's what it did. Now, when I open the tablet, I can't write my password. As soon as I touch the screen, the password box goes black, and I can't write anything. If I put it sideways, I get the keyboard but as soon as I touch it, the password box goes black again. Please help me!!!!
