Windows 10 Cortana reply either ?Here is what I found? or the Bing results page

Hi All,

I need help with setting up Cortana on my Windows 10 devises.

When I used Cortana on my old HTC 8S phone I would get meaningful answers from her, but when I answer the same questions on my Windows 10 laptop and phone I get either ?Here is what I found? or the Bing search results page.

My Devises:
a) HTC 8S Phone with Windows 8.1
b) Asus SonicMaster Laptop with Windows 10 (final release to the public)
c) Microsoft Lumia 640 Phone with Windows 10 (Windows Insider version)

1) Asked Cortana question on my HTC 8S phone with Windows 8.1:

My question 1: How old is the Queen?
Cortana?s answer: ?Elizabeth the second is 89 years old?

My question 2: How old is Obama
Cortana?s answer: Barak Obama is 54 years old?

My question 3: When was David Cameron born
Cortana?s answer: ?The 9th of October 1966?

My question 4: How far is the sun from the earth?
Cortana?s answer: ?ninety-two million, nine hundred and fifty-six thousand and fifty miles?

My question 5: What is the population of America?
Cortana?s answer: ?three hundred and eighteen point eighty-six million in 2014?

My question 6: What is the population of Scotland
Cortana?s answer: ?five point three million in 2011??

2) I asked Cortana the same questions on my Microsoft Lumia 640 Phone with Windows 10, and my ASUS SonicMaster Laptop also with Windows 10.

My question 1: How old is the Queen?

Cortana?s answer: Returns the Bing search page.

Cortana?s answer: Returns the Bing search page.

My question 6: What is the population of Scotland
Cortana?s answer: Returns the Bing search page.

If this is the normal behaviour for Windows 10 Cortana, then Microsoft have taken a big step back. I preferred Windows 8.1 Cortana than the Windows 10 Cortana. What is the point of talking to Cortana if all her replies are ?Here is what I found?? I might as well type in the search question?

You need to have location enabled and there is one more permission that you need to turn ON before Cortana can give you the responses otherwise it will default to Bing search results.
