Has my PC been hacked with Windows 10 upgrade?

My logon page now shows two different people icons in the lower left hand corner. One with my name and email address and and another that I'm not familiar with. I shut down my PC. Afraid someone can take it over.

No, Microsoft does not "Hack" you. Nor does it create a logon for itself.
Is it possible you had a friend or family member log on to your machine in the past, that you forgot about? In any case, you CAN log onto the machine. I recommend going Resetting your computer by going to Settings/Update & Security/Recovery. You can also delete their user information if you want to take it a step further. That is a big step (but not difficult), but if you want to remove the other account, that's how you do it.
