I installed Windows 10 but after a while the start went then all the apps disappeared, how can I get them back?

I installed windows 10 but after a while the start went then all the apps disappeared

I can still get internet

It could be due to a bad upgrade or a an AV program that's interfering with the operation. Regardless a restart should fix it. Also MS has rolled out some patches to fix the issue so make sure you update using Windows Update.
