Windows 10: Mortal Kombat x does not charge in Bluestack app player

I play Mortal Kombat x from about 10 days. I decided to play the mobile version on your computer. I downloaded the android emulator Bluestack App Player. I turned to game play, installed Mortal Kombat X and turn. After a few seconds of waiting it appears in the intro. Typically, the tablet after the intro reads the main screen. But here at the end of the intro is a picture of the sub-zero, and spinning circle in the upper left corner. I am waiting, waiting and nothing. Can someone tell me why that is? My operating system is Windows 10 but I go back to the 7. Could it be the system?
