    Hi everyone,

    I'm hoping an expert out there can help. For no apparent reason whatsoever, the Windows 10 Store is not working on my PC.

    I'm running the normal, up-to-date version of Windows 10 Home on my Dell XPS 12, upgraded from Windows 8.1 via the normal upgrade route.

    The app is visible, but when I click on it nothing happens. Not having the Store obviously means I cannot update any apps, let alone install new ones.

    I don't have a system restore point (stupid from my side - I know), so I'm not sure what to do. I wanted to do a Windows "refresh", but it seems I don't have that option - it seems I can only "restore" and loose all apps and settings (but keep files at least)

    I suppose maybe starting from scratch would be a good idea, but it's such a pain in the @$$.

    OK, to make things weirder, I've discovered that the store works fine on my wife's profile, but not on mine.

    Does this make sense? I've no idea how to fix this, so I'm hoping someone can help.
