Is there any antivirus software which is working properly on Windows 10?

I installed Windows 10 on my PC not so long ago but can't seem to find any anivirus which will work and wont cause any problems within the OS itself.
I tried ESET Smart Security 9 and it's causing icons to randomly rearrange themselves and change size, among other things.
Kaspersky messing with the start menu and lots of features seems to be not working in Windows 10 and I'm planning to remove it today since it's just ridiculous.

Is there any antivirus at the moment which is fully compatible with Windows 10?

Uh. Windows defender is a baseline protection. Better than nothing but not the most reliable either.
