Hey all,

Hope you're well and having / had a lovely weekend.

I've developed an odd problem with my Windows 10 PC. On the login screen, an Administrator account has appeared out of the blue. It has no password and is just there. I cannot seem to get rid of through the normal user accounts section of the settings.

Does any one know how to get rid of this?

Thanks

Computer management > users...

You should be able to disBle/delete it... But at least your main account needs to be an administrator...

Now... One should always have a local administrator account for servicing and not used for general computing... Especially if there are others using it... Their accounts need to be standard users... Set the password for the administrator account and let it be... You never know when you just might need it.
