Bluetooth keyboard/touchpad paired/connected but not functioning on W10
Hi everybody,
Trying to fix an issue with a Cooper Case Executive case that features a Bluetooth keyboard and touchpad. The keyboard pairs and connects just fine after connecting to the Eve T1 tablet running Windows 10, but after entering the digits and hitting enter, the keyboard doesn't function.
I've contacted the manufacturer of the tablet, received the drivers, reinstalled them, no luck. The manufacturer says it works for them and they found my issue to be "strange". I've also contacted the manufacturer of the case, they sent the manual, and I am doing it correctly.
The keyboard works just fine with my Lumia 1520, but not with the Eve T1 or the Surface Pro 2.
Any help would be much appreciated as I'm growing somewhat frustrated with dealing with this Bluetooth issue on Windows 10.
