Scaling in Tablet Mode

So I have an XPS 12, its a 12.5" 1080P display, and when i used it as a laptop or connected to an external monitor, I have the scaling set to 100% and it's the perfect size. But when i flip the display around and go into tablet mode, everything is too small. It is really hard to hit the touch targets on things like the start button, and pretty much all the buttons in Edge are too small. Is there any way to make it scale up automatically when switching to tablet mode?

I feel the same way here with the Surface Pro 4. Continuum needs to auto-scale to increase the size of the UI as well --- or at least make that continuum configuration option as things like the task bar & Edge navigation buttons are too small when used as a tablet.
