Windows 10 PC / Phone Messaging App

Hey Folks

I am really struggling to get this to work. I have the latest insider preview and I am simply unable to SMS from the messaging app. My understanding is that the system is now smart enough to send the SMS via my Windows Phone (on the same MS account)

Can someone help me with this please? Am I missing a setting somewhere?

Do you have Cortana? Do you use the latest mobile build?

Yep, I have Cortana on both phone and Windows.

also have the latest build on both devices.

I'm searching for an answer as well. Windows 10 on my laptop and Windows 10 Insider Preview Fast Ring on my phone. I've watched videos on YouTube that show this working but every time I try, I get the impression it hasn't been set up to work yet.

Just tried it and it works a treat!

Just ask Cortana to "send a text" or "send an sms" or say it fully as in "send a text to xxx saying yyy"
