When will India get Windows 10 mobile RTM?

I am using Lumia 640xl. I am eagerly waiting for the November refresh update. I didn't try insider. Because I want a fresh experience while trying out Windows 10 mobile. I just want to when will I get the Windows 10 for my Lumia 640xl? Thanks in advance!

Given that build 10586 has already been signed off (based on reports from people who already have installed it), that Microsoft has stated that existing handsets will receive the update starting in December, and that Microsoft has also stated that the Lumia 640 XL will be one of the first devices to receive the upgrade, my educated guess would be first half of December, if your handset is a Country Variant.
