Can I update to the November windows 10 on my 2014 Sony vaio now?

Will it work right and will it be supported, and receive all future updates. If not, when I can expect the update to be available?

The update is available. Whether or not Sony has provided drivers for the VAIO at this time I can't say. You'll need to check with Sony, because if Sony isn't supporting Windows 10 with the drivers, then you may open up a large can of issues that can't be resolved.

If Sony is supporting it, then download the drivers from them and proceed. Microsoft is stating that this release is now ready for wide-scale enterprise adoption, which means they are confident enough that it will no longer cause problems. It still depends on the manufacturer of your computer providing the appropriate drivers for your hardware, however.
