Is Windows 10 Mobile really ready to be released?

As most of you already know, the Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL will be release to the public this month along with Windows 10 Mobile.

Some of you who are currently enrolled in the Insider program may have experience many bugs and performance issues (or not), but this is not to say that the same problems will be present on the Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL.

That said, from your personal experience with the latest build of Windows 10 Mobile, do you think that Windows 10 Mobile is ready to be released to the public?
