Windows Mobile Insiders having trouble with non-insider PC November updates?

Hi folks, Just wondering if the fact that I'm an insider on my Lumia phone with Win10 Mobile might be causing the November update to fail to show up on Windows Update on my PC, which I'm not part of the insider program on. (Actually it did show up, downloaded to 100%, had an error, and then won't show back up.). I had a hypothesis that maybe it is the fact that my Microsoft account has this dual personality of being an insider on mobile, but a non-insider on my PC that's confusing Windows update when it comes to the November update (1511, 10586). Who else is having this problem? Are you also a Mobile Insider & a PC-non-insider, or is this also happening to other folks who don't fit this description and my hypothesis is wrong? Thanks!

My 640XL is on Insider while with same account SP4 saw & installed that update y'day. SP4 is NOT on insider program.
