Can anyone please shed me some light as to what these icon symbol means?? It only appears after the Fall November update, never seen before, and they are everywhere now.
I tried to search around but none of the results tells me the answer. but in some other app such similar arrows means 'waiting for merge' or 'clash of events'(in the case of Windows Phone 8.1 calendar app).

Seems like I'm the only one here >.<

    Compressed files/folders.
it was a blue text, it looked horrible.
So I am glad MS updated it to be an actual icon, which looks good in my opinion, and it makes sense if you think about it.

if you uncheck the compress box, the icon will be removed so you can check I am telling you the truth.
