Why can't I log on to my pc after upgrading to windows 10?

Windows Central Question

I upgraded to windows 10 this evening, and now can't get in to my pc. I have a login page, but when I log in, it reboots, and takes me back to the login page. I can't change login, start up doesn't help... what's the problem?
