I feel like there is a serious issue with this current November build that they don't want to admit. They pulled the MCT and the direct links to the ISO's - which is weird considering the November build is also a slow ring release, which traditionally had the accompanying ISO's available for download regardless of what goes on in the release channel.

There is speculation that MS have realised you can use any spare Windows 7/8 key, and there is now no longer a way for them to reliably check for multiple activations using the same old keys.

Forcing people to go through the upgrade routine means that MS know you have a legitimate Windows 7/8 install to begin with.
