Failed: Windows 10 November Update

I was seeing Update option last days and was not able to get it as Internet was not stable. Finally yesterday I got it working and let it download over slow net. I saw it till 94% and slept. In the morning I got some updates were not installed and read that microsoft pulled the update.

Upgrade to Windows 10 Pro, version 1511, 10586
Failed to Install

Now there are no updates shown and i dont know if i can manage to download that much data again. Will the already downloaded files if exist in system will work when microsoft puts it up again?

No, it will not reuse the old downloaded files as that would just defeat the purpose pushing out a fixed update.

Given the insane array of combinations Windows runs on there will always be issues.

Yes, you shouldn't be seeing any and won't do so until they push the update out again.
