Why aren't my store apps and Windows Cortana opening?

why aren't my store app and windows cortona won't open

so i have had this problem for a while and i thought that with in a day or two it will get fixed by it self but it didn't. So this is what happened one day i restarted my computer and it starting doing updates and i accidentally turned of the computer and next day in the tool bar at the bottom, windows explorer was gone and the app store too and also windows button wouldn't open and when i asked cortona what my name was it didn't say my name like before this time it said you are . please help me resolve this problem
