0x803F8006 still preventing me from updating Extras + Info.

just today an update was released for Extras + Info but the error 0x803F8006 is back and it won't let me update Extras + info, and Here Maps which couldn't update since 10586 got rolled out.

The insider builds are a progression of beta updates, some of which may cause odd issues from older insider builds not upgrading the older apps properly.
Probably the best solution is to hard reset and set your phone up afresh.

Which phone? If it has external storage then select 'This Device' for apps install.. Apply.. Go to store and cancel all the updates.. Check for updates and downld. Should download now.. If not just ignore.. The next build/store update will fix it

I'm having this issue as well. I upgraded straight from 8.1 though.

Hard reset does not work !!!!!!! Still 0x803F8006 code !!!

It's a store issue that was acknowledged by Microsoft. A hard reset won't fix anything till the issue is resolved server side.
