I just reset my 930, hoping to get bluetooth working better (it keeps skipping when in my car, especially after using Cortana. 8.1 never did this). After restarting and getting things running again, I am missing a ton of contacts. Looking at my settings in the People app, its saying that my outlook account needs attention. Hitting that, I get the message that Something Wrong has happened, and it can't sync right now. Its saying that I have an error code of 80070490. Looking on line, the only reference to that is an error code related to windows update, but nothing on the phone.
