I just upgraded to Win10 . Excel,the up down moves the entire page up and down. How can I get it working correctly?

I just upgraded to Win10 . Excel,the up down moves the entire page up and down.

Just started to happen.

So clicking in a individual cell then using the arrow keys still causes this?
