Missing APPS on Windows 10 mobile?

So I just got the Lumia 950XL and a lot of my apps are "pending" for download. Does this mean the app is not supported through windows 10? I haven't picked up a nano SIM for my phone yet. Does that have anything to do with it?

Pending state can mean anything,

1. Waiting for network connection
2. Checking storage etc..

If the app isn't available, you either won't be able to find it or it wudnt provide u install option. Try restarting ur device and resetting the connection

Ah turns out the apps are slowly downloading one by one. Although the twitter app is stuck at "restoring user data"

It eventually failed but redownloading fixed it! I have other gripes about windows 10 mobile on the 950xl but I'll do that in another post
