How can I fix a Control Panel problem?

Control Panel problem

After the most recent updates, I can longer access the Control Panel. It launches and then shuts down immediately. Any one else seeing this?

I haven't but apparently someone over here has:

Sadly they suggest to reinstall :/

Rolling back to the previous build solved my problem.
