I installed Windows 10 and now my computer won't start, what should I do?

I installed windows 10 and now my computer won't start

I installed windows 10 and now my computer wont boot up. i can use the F12 function but I don't know where to go from there. I don't have disks as this Dell came with everything loaded.
If someone could give me the command lines I could try that.

A couple of questions:

Which model Dell and what are its hardware specs? Specifically GPU and MB.
Do you have the Dells original recovery disk?
Did you build a recovery disk for W10?
