Windows Central Question

A lot of my games folders, including my Amazon downloads have been replaced by a 0 byte file with no associations. Once, I was able to restore one, and delete it, but I don't remember how, something to do with the security settings I think, but I do remember that when I deleted it it did not delete a 0 byte file, but instead told me it was deleting the several gigabytes that that game folder contained. I'd like to open up my folders again, and I'm not sure how I managed to get that other one open to delete.

I took a screenshot, but I don't see a way to post it here.
