WP10 (10586) - Outlook.com Email Missing?

I use Outlook.com for my personal email. In addition to adding that in Settings, I also have an IMAP account and an EAS account. Both of those show up in the Outlook Mail app, but my Outlook.com one does not. What gives? A first-party email solution isn't working... This is a huge blocker.

This looks to be a bug that others are seeing too (me included). I'm trying to convert from Android and a Samsung Galaxy S4 to a Lumia 640. So far I LOVE the Lumia and Windows 10 Mobile.... except for this bug.
